United Kingdom & Northern Ireland
UK orders are shipped directly from our UK warehouse within 24-48 hours of the order being placed. The estimated shipping time begins from the day your order has been despatched.
Orders received on weekdays before 12pm GMT will be shipped out the same day and orders placed over the weekend will be shipped out on Monday.

Europe
Orders made from European Countries are despatched via our UK warehouse. Orders received on weekdays before 12pm GMT will be shipped out the same day and orders placed over the weekend will be shipped out on Monday.

Please note - Due to a change in EU VAT laws, from 1 July 2021 please be aware that customers in the EU may be asked to pay additional taxes in their local country in order to receive their products. This cost has not been included in the price of your order.

DELAYED ORDERS
PLEASE NOTE: If your order is not received within 10 business days from the purchase date, kindly get in touch with our customer department at so we can chase it up for you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Orders can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, and responsible for all returned goods until our receiving of them. The refund will not be valid in the case that the goods arrive damaged. Once the goods are received and in the their original unused condition, we will begin the refunding process which will conclude within 14 days.
Made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: As the customer, you are responsible for items not collected from your courier or postal office that you have been notified of. In the event that they are returned to us, the customer will be liable for the reshipping of the order.
Providing it is returned in its original packaging with no signs of use or misuse. Packaging must also be in the condition sold.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale/discounted items or made to order items. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on all types of earrings. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
UK, USA, EUROPE AND REST OF THE WORLD RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS
Please use the contact us form and make sure to include your order number. We will contact you with returns instructions as soon as possible.
Please ensure that you clearly mark the goods as Returned Goods on any customs or postal forms. All returns must be sent by registered mail. We strongly recommend you use a traceable service in case the parcel gets lost in transit. We will refund the total amount you have paid for the goods except postage and packaging.
Please note that the return process may take up to a week from the day the parcel is received.
In the event that we do not receive your returned item/s, we will ask you to provide the proof of postage receipt. We have the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide this proof of postage.
